Move it or Lose it – A new Programme of Exercise classes designed specifically for ages 60+ is coming to Towerhill Primary Care Resource Centre.
Come along to an exercise class with a difference, designed by Move it or Lose its founder Julie Robinson as seen on BBC’s “How to Stay Young”. This class is known as FABS, which stands for Flexibility, Aerobics, Balance and Strength.
The programme of exercises has been created with The Centre for Healthy Ageing Research at the University of Birmingham.
All exercises can be done seated, standing or with chair-support, depending on ability/mobility, work at your own pace. No need to book, just turn up, all you need are comfortable clothing and footwear and bring a bottle of water with you.
Your 1st class is ‘Free’ and £4:00 thereafter.
